You access your mailbox so that you can listen to your messages, record your greeting, or create a password. You can access your mailbox from your own phone, or from any other touch tone phone.

From your own phone with no password:
If you have not yet assigned yourself a password, you can only access your mailbox from your own phone.

Accessing a family or group submailbox:

To access a submailbox, you use the same system access number as the main mailbox, then your private password for your submailbox.
- Follow the steps for accessing a mailbox from your own phone or from any touch tone phone.
- When prompted for your password, enter your personal password for your submailbox.

Unsuccessful mailbox access:
- If you make a mistake while accessing your mailbox, you will hear a help prompt telling you what to do. After several unsuccessful attempts, you will be disconnected.

After to many incorrect mailbox attempts, the mailbox will be locked as a security precaution. Your callers can still leave messages while you are locked out. If your mailbox is locked, contact your service representative. |
Unsuccessful mailbox access:
- When you are finished using call answering, you can hang up. If you do not want to hang up, but would like call answering to disconnect (so you can make a second call),
press at the main menu.
